1. Binding Nature of Agreement

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder. By browsing, accessing, or submitting candidate credentials on the portal Talent Hub Jobs ("THJ") or visiting our regional branch offices (Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Patna), you enter into a legally binding contract enforceable under Section 10 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must immediately cease accessing this platform.

2. Zero Candidate Fee Commitment & Anti-Fraud Disclaimer

Talent Hub Jobs strictly adheres to a 100% Free Candidate Recruitment Policy. We do NOT charge any registration fees, interview processing fees, security deposits, medical checkup charges, or training charges from job seekers at any stage of the recruitment lifecycle.

3. Scope of Services & Intermediary Status (Section 79 IT Act)

Talent Hub Jobs functions strictly as an intermediary recruitment consultancy and bridging platform between job applicants and corporate hiring clients across Eastern India and PAN India. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• Talent Hub Jobs does not guarantee employment, specific salary packages, interview shortlisting, or final job offers.
• All job vacancy descriptions, salary bands, and workplace conditions displayed on our portal are provided directly by prospective corporate employers. THJ does not warrant the absolute accuracy of third-party employment terms.
• Prospective corporate employers retain the unilateral, discretionary right to select, reject, or modify employment terms during or after the interview process.

4. Candidate Obligations & Representations

By submitting your CV or application, you warrant and represent that:

• All information, academic credentials, work experience, identification documents, and salary disclosures provided by you are authentic, accurate, and truthful in every material respect.
• You will not upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, defamatory content, or fraudulent documentation to our servers.
• You authorize Talent Hub Jobs and its regional branch directors to transmit your resume to prospective corporate employers for hiring evaluation.

5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Talent Hub Jobs, its regional branch directors, recruitment officers, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any decisions made by prospective corporate employers regarding your interview, hiring, salary delay, or employment termination.
• Any temporary service interruption, technical glitch, or unauthorized interception of data during electronic transmission over the internet.

Indemnity: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Talent Hub Jobs against any claims, losses, damages, or legal expenses (including attorney fees) resulting from your breach of these Terms of Use, misrepresentation of credentials, or violation of third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, proprietary logos, software code, graphic designs, database architectures, and written text displayed on https://thj.co.in are the exclusive intellectual property of Talent Hub Jobs, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999. Unauthorized scraping, reproduction, or commercial distribution of our platform assets is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution.

7. Governing Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any controversy, legal claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, our placement assistance, or branch operations shall be subject to the exclusive and mandatory jurisdiction of the courts and judicial tribunals situated in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
